Our Office Policies:

At our office, we value your time and are dedicated to running in a timely and efficient manner. Please arrive on time for all appointments. If you’re a first-time patient, then your initial appointment may consist of a new patient exam (general cleaning, exam, and X-rays), or a limited exam (for a specific diagnosis). You can fill out our New Patient forms online or at our office for your convenience!

Our Insurance Policies:

We accept most major PPO dental insurance plans, though we do not accept HMO or DMO plans. If you’d like to verify that your individual insurance plan is accepted, please call our office and have your insurance provider, member ID, and date of birth handy when you speak with our staff. If you don’t have insurance, we also offer our in-house Dental Club, which combines preventative services under one low price and gives you access to discounts on any necessary treatment.

Our Scheduling Policy:

We’re always happy to schedule new and existing patients, and we take care to never double-book appointments so that every patient can receive the personalized care and attention they deserve. We offer several ways to make scheduling your appointment easier, including online via ZocDoc, in person, or by phone. We’ll confirm your appointment through our automated reminder system, and schedule any recall cleaning appointments ahead of time to reserve your place.

Our Cancel/Failed Appointment Policy:

If you have to cancel or change your appointment, we require a 24-hour notice or it will be recorded as a failed appointment. After three failed appointments, we reserve the right to dismiss patients from our practice.
