Our Office Policies
At Healthy Smiles Family Dentistry, we respect your time by operating in a prompt and efficient manner. If it is your first time visiting our office, you may fill out your patient forms online before your appointment. Your first visit will include a comprehensive exam, cleaning, and X-rays or a limited exam for patients seeking a specific diagnosis.
We accept most major PPO dental insurance plans, while we do not accept HMO or DMO plans. For questions concerning your individual insurance plan, please call our office and provide your insurance provider, member ID, and date of birth to our staff. If you do not have dental insurance, we offer an in-house Dental Club that provides preventive services for an attractive annual price and grants access to discounts for additional treatments.
We are glad to schedule new and existing patients, and take care to never double-book an appointment so that each patient can receive the personalized attention they deserve. To make scheduling your visit as easy as possible, you may book online via ZocDoc, in person, or over the phone. We will confirm your visit through our automated reminder system, and schedule any recurring visits ahead of time to reserve your place.
We require at least 24 hours notice before canceling or rescheduling an upcoming visit. Otherwise, we will record the visit as a failed appointment. We reserve the right to dismiss patients from our practice after three failed appointments.
