I don’t usually make reviews but this is one of those cases where I just can’t help it. Dr. V deserves all the credit and recognition that she can get, she deserves it. In this day and age, finding a place that cares about your pockets while keeping a very high level and quality of work is too hard to come by. She is a blessing, and does an extraordinary job. The treatments are always painless and they do a great job on cleanings. I’m also about to go on invisoline with them and the pricing can’t be matched. I truly can’t say enough good things about this practice. They also have the best window view in town. Will be a returning client for many years to come.

I recently moved from Austin to Houston, and had not been to a dentist for a checkup and cleaning for several years, so I was a little anxious, seeing a new dentist and expecting to need significant work done. Dr Vlachakis and everyone in her office were friendly and professional. My teeth are clean and we have a plan to move my dental situation in a positive direction. What a relief. Honestly don’t know how a business operation can get any better than this. Super efficient and never a wait. Shout out to my hygienist who is the best I’ve ever had. She is always very gentle and thorough. Dr. V is awesome as well. Very knowledgeable and never pushy.

It is impossible for me to leave here without being in a good mood. These hygienists are so professional and calming. I closed my eyes and enjoyed the cleaning. That doesn’t mean there wasn’t discomfort one or two times, but that’s my fault lol (I promise I’ll floss, Karen!)

I know many people are scared of the dentist. I don’t trust most doctors myself. But Healthy Smiles on Gessner is as close as you’re going to get to a spa/dentist hybrid.

Dr. V is awesome! One day I went to work, only to discover that an old filling fell out of my tooth, leaving a huge hole. I searched for a dentist that would see me right away, and Dr. V saved the day! She saw me right away, and fixed my tooth good as new! 😀 The staff was also great. I will definitely be returning.

It was a quick, painless experience and everyone was very pleasant to deal with. They did exactly what I asked them to do and helped me through my anxiety in regards to my situation. Our whole family has been with Dr V for a few years, and we absolutely love it! She is always very patient and thorough, explains the details, and respects our feelings. Her staff is amazing too! All the visits are pleasant, our kids used to be scared by dental visits at other places and now are excited every time to go to Dr V’s office and talk to everybody there. Highly recommended. Bonus: the best window view you can get for dental visits!
